Human Resource International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arnell Enterprises, Inc., is dedicated to strengthening the fabric of Corporations and Organizations by introducing their most promising Staff and Executives to - and training them in - the new principles of Reflective Ontological Design.

Based upon insights into human nature that date back to Aristotle, as brought forward in the early 20th century by continental philosophers in both England and mainland Europe, these principles were best articulated by Oxford’s J. L. Austen in the 1950’s, before finding their way to America in the 1970’s through the work of Austen’s student, UC Berkeley Professor John R. Searle. After further development with a team of specialists led by the renown Dr. Fernando Flores (a one-time cabinet and finance minister, re-educated into a progressive software developer, visionary management philosopher, and executive coach, all before returning to the government of his native Chile as a Senator). After teaching some 75,000 diversified professionals in the principles of this emerging field, Dr. Flores led a select body of 3,000 highly committed business and management professionals through a 3-year graduate program in this iconoclastic dimension of human study. The program was conducted both in person, and over a private “Internet” using his proprietary group software which pre-dated the common Internet, before becoming acquired and copyrighted by Novell Networks. In so doing, among other “firsts,” Dr. Flores founded and operated the first-known, nation-wide (and international) Tele-Graduate Program.

One of his first three students in this field carried this work forward into the programs now offered by HRI and its team of professional affiliates, a number of whom were also personally trained by Dr. Flores.

Community Service: Periodically HRI and its associates will provide lectures, seminars, and mini-classes for deserving government, public, community service and even private organizations, pro bono, as a community service. Examples include university organizations (Cornell, Stanford, LSU, USC), Government organizations (The State of Georgia, Pitkin County and Aspen Colorado, Traverse City Michigan, The City of Orange, California), Major Corporations (BASF, Hewlett Packard, Lockheed), Organizations (American Dental Association), Community Associations (Chambers of Commerce and Downtown Associations), Schools (Scarsdale, Carlmont, Los Altos).
