Summary
Behnaz came to us from the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce, where she had been handling their books and records for nearly 6 years, while reporting directly to the CEO. Her prior experience included 8 years of Office Management, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resource experience for two firms, one with over 300 employees. She joined Arnell as our Accounting Manager, and has since become our Financial Administrator, responsible for all A/P, A/R, Banking, and a group of special functions that involve management and administration of Commercial Real Estate and Aviation Financing, ILIT, IDIT Irrevocable Trusts, Defined Benefit/Profit-Sharing Retirement Plans, Revocable Family Trusts, Corporate Tax Planning and Administration, Captive Insurance Management, and national diversified Real Estate Investments and Partnerships. Behnaz is from Persia, and fluent in Farsi - a special skill that we are still looking for a way to opportunize. Even in English, Behnaz runs her department with a steady hand and a warm sense of humor.
