Summary
Carisa originally joined Arnell in 2013 as our new Financial Administrator. She had spent the prior ten years as an Escrow Officer at Stewart Title of California, where she handled high volume closings, mortgage loans, 1031 Exchanges, and other commercial escrows, provided training sessions for clients, and was known for providing superior customer service.

In parallel, Carisa was building up her experience serving as a Real Estate Consultant for Intero Real Estate Services.

Previously, She was the Operations Manager for Aura, Inc., where she was the Executive Administrator for the CEO, in addition to overseeing the clerical staff, while managing all accounting, HR and Documentation functions.

Carisa holds her Bachelor’s Degree from Angeles University in the U.S. Phillipines, and has quickly become one of Arnell’s most reliable and treasured resources. Say hello next time you call, and see why for yourself!
