Eric Radmacher | back to Arnell Staff

Summary
Eric grew up in a family of custom builders, developers, and property owners.  Immersed in the business from a young age, he took over full operational management of his family rental properties after earning his B.A. degree from the University of California, at Davis in 1998.  Over the past decade, he has successfully reconstructed, renovated, and maximized profitability of his portfolio of properties, and prides himself in the improvements he has made in the area of energy conservation, including the implementation of environmentally-friendly building products and materials.

Eric joined the Arnell team in 2003 and brought with him his well-rounded skill set and wide range of experience in real property management.  Wearing many hats, he has had a hand in almost every facet of Arnell’s business operations, serving in part as Property Manager, Lease Administrator, and Special Projects Manager.

Education
University of California, Davis - BA in International Relations with Italian as a second language, 1998.
