Summary
Katie came to Arnell with pertinent industry experience at First American Title Company, where she was promoted to a vital job administering a variety of residential and commercial escrow accounts. She has an unusual background, where following general retail experience she earned an AA degree in Intelligence Operations, was deployed to Kosovo as a U.S. Army Counter-intelligence specialist, rose to the level of Sergeant while becoming a Counter-intelligence trainer, and was honored with many awards and commendations for outstanding leadership, management, as well as office (financial) and field operations. (Both she and her new manager hold Top Secret Security Clearances.) She is currently continuing her studies in Business and Administration with the intention of completing her next degree in Business Management.

Katie has been taking on all of the basic Office Manager functions that have been handled by her predecessors. In addition, she oversees Property and Site Management and primary Business Operations, which will lead to Project & Market Research, Transaction Analysis and Project Development. At the right time, Katie is a candidate to join Arnell's upper management team, and to eventually take part in our Strategic Business Planning.
