Torrance Village Plaza
This traditional California Strip-Center was acquired by Arnell in 1977 and re-developed several times over the next 20 years. It has been the home of Domino’ Pizza, Computerland, and Subway sandwiches, among others. Larry Musil helped bring the center into the 20th century using a unique concept of backlit illuminated awnings, first developed and featured in Canadian retail centers. |
